8 oz Butter
4 oz Caster sugar (superfine sugar)
8 oz Plain flour
2 oz Cornflour (cornstarch)
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour and cornflour.
Cut into squares or into rounds and bake in a slow
oven until done.
